This Attribute Blocks Pocket Set helps students with activities to practice ordering, patterning, classifying and also understanding equivalent relationships. Attribute blocks form a strong basis for students to recognise more complex attributes in other objects and introduce more complex mathematical vocabularies. As their name suggests, attribute blocks are easily sorted into colour, shape, size and thickness. The first process is for early learners to sort by one attribute and then progress to determining two or more ie: same shape – different size, or same colour – different shape. For older students, use the attribute blocks to introduce mathematical language such as line, vertex, angle, side, parallel etc.

This attribute block set includes 5 shapes, 2 thicknesses, 2 sizes and 3 colours. A total of 60 pieces included, the shapes include hexagons, triangles, circles, squares, rectangles. The largest square measures 3x3cm.
