How to Order

Placing your order online

  • To avoid the queues and difficulties finding parking, please place your order online. We will do all the hard work for you!
  • Please note: If your school has the option on your booklist to hand your completed list into the school and you have missed this date, you can still ORDER ONLINE and select from the remaining delivery or pick up options.
  • Important information regarding ordering online:
    • When ordering from a laptop, PC or MAC, please use either Google Chrome or the latest version of Firefox.
    • You can can order from an iPad, but please ensure you have the latest iOS software updates.
    • Each order needs to be placed separately for each of your children.
    • When ordering online please make sure you use the correct code (ie some schools have the option of pick up or delivery). You can only opt for pick up if you place your order before the return date on your booklists and if it is an option for your school.
    • Any delivery orders NOT paid for will not be processed. Please ensure you have PAID for all delivery orders.
    • If ordering online, please retain ‘confirmation of payment’ email that you would have been sent once you paid for your order. Any queries about payment please contact

Step 1 – Confirm year level requirements and subjects

  • Before you start placing your order, please check the subjects your child is studying. Some subjects sound very similar! (ie English and English Literature). Checking on the subjects and whether particular requirements are required for your child (ie are they in mainstream or advanced class) will help you save time and also possibly needing to arrange for returns of unwanted items.

Step 2 – Find your School code and Password

  • On your School booklist will be a School-Year code and Password. (eg, the password will be a ZZY code. EXAMPLE – ZZY123)
  • The School-Year code and password will be on the front page of your printed book list, OR your School may have provided this information in a School newsletter, on the school intranet or website.
  • IMPORTANT: If your school has provided a Delivery and Pick Up option, the School-Year Code will be different (dependent on the collection/delivery method) so please read this information carefully.
    • If you have lost/do not have a copy of the booklist OR you are unsure on what codes to enter, please do not hesitate to contact for assistance.

Step 3 – Select your Items

  • Make your way through the booklist requirements. If you want to purchase all the items click on the ‘Select all items’ at the top of the screen. Otherwise, please tick the items you require.
  • Please note: If there is an option of a right or left-handed scissors, please tick the option that is suitable for your child.
  • Your booklist may have some comments about items you can use from previous years or items that are compulsory. Please read the booklist comments carefully.
  • Once you have selected your items, it will go to another screen where you can alter the quantities. If you choose the change the quantities, please click on ‘refresh quantities’ before going to the next step.

Step 4 – Select a Delivery or Pick Up Option

  • The School will decide on the delivery options they want for their booklists.
  • Please read your booklist carefully and choose the option that you prefer.
    • Business Delivery
      • We recommend using a business address for delivery as all parcels must be signed for. If you are not home to receive the parcel it will have to be collected from the relevant Post Office. Please ensure that you enter the name of the business.
    • Residential Delivery
      • If you are selecting Home Delivery, your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
      • If you’ll be away from home during the delivery period, consider using a delivery address you can use as an alternative such as your work address with parent name provided, grandparents, neighbours, etc.
      • If you’re not at home when Australia Post delivers your order, they will leave a collection card which will give you the details on where and when you’ll need to collect your order from Australia Post.
        • An email notification will go out when the parcel leaves our warehouse. You are then given the choice to give the authority to leave the parcel.
    • Pick up Collection
      • The majority of Ziggies schools will have the option on their booklists for parents to collect their order at the School/ or offsite collection point (ie Hall) OR some schools will provide the option to have their parents collect their orders from the closest Ziggies store.
      • Please note: You can only opt for pick up if you place your order before the return date on your booklists and if it is an option for your school.
    • School collection
      • This option means that you will need to collect your order from the location that your school has set, at the date and time they have set.
      • These details will be printed on the front of your printed book list (if you have one), so please keep this tear off slip to remind you of the shop date, time and location. It will also remind you on any ‘Parent to Supply’ items. You’ll also see the location and times in your order confirmation email.
      • PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen the pick-up option and know that you are not available to attend the pick-up day, a friend or relative may collect the bag on your behalf. Please check with Ziggies, after the shop date as to where the uncollected bag will be held.
    • Ziggies Store collection
      • Some schools will have the option on their booklist for parents to collect their orders from the store OR any uncollected orders from a School Pick Up will be sent back to the closest retail store.
      • These details will be printed on the front of your printed booklist (if you have one), so please keep this tear off slip to remind you of the date and Ziggies store address to collect your parcel from.
    • Click and Collect
        • This option allows to place a pre-paid order online for collection from our stores. There is a $2.50 charge per student for this service, with $1.50 being donated to Make a Wish Foundation.
        • Ziggies will contact you via SMS within 3 business days for collection.

Step 5 – Family delivery option

  • Families will only be required to pay one delivery fee on the first order placed. Each additional order for families will not be charged a delivery fee.
  • If paying postage per family, please select the “delivery per family” option on the first child’s order, then for every additional child, please select the “additional child” option which will be set at $0.00
  • When filling in your delivery details, please also put the full name of each sibling in the “comments” area so that we can ensure all orders are sent together.image4image5

Step 6 – Review Order and Pay

  • Review the items you’ve selected and all the details you’ve provided to make sure they are all correct.
  • Any home delivery orders NOT paid for WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Please ensure you have PAID for all home delivery orders.
  • You can pay for your online order via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
  • If ordering online, please retain ‘confirmation of payment’ email that you would have been sent once you paid for your order. Any queries about payment please contact

Step 7 – Tracking your Order

  • Delivery Orders:
    • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll be sent an email with the Australia Post tracking details. With those details you’ll be able to track your delivery through
    • Please place your order by the cut-off date on your booklist. Orders received after this date can still be processed for delivery, however please be aware delays may be experienced. Delivery before the start of school cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after 17th January 2021.
  • Pick Up Collection (either from School or from Ziggies Store):
    • If you handed your paper form into your school, you’ll find the collection details on the tear-off slip of paper you kept from the front cover.

How to shop for your Booklist Requirements in-store

  • On your booklist, listed on the left-hand side of the booklists is the bin locations. These correspond to the numbers on tags underneath each item in store. These numbers run in numerical order.
  • Please take a shopping basket (situated near the front of the store) and use our easy to read bin locations to locate your items. Please note the quantity column on the booklist.
  • If you are unable to locate your item (the shelf is empty) please let our friendly customer retail staff know and they will be happy to assist you.
  • Please note: The last two weeks of January are VERY BUSY. To avoid the traffic, queues and stock not being available, please arrange your orders as soon as you can.

Dear School / Teacher registered account users: Please note that the ordering functionality on the Ziggies website is now NOT available. You can place your everyday school orders by clicking on and entering in your Campion username and password.
