- We are able to make exchanges and refunds on any goods that are deemed faulty from the manufacturer.

- ELECTRONIC RESOURCES WHERE THE CODES HAVE BEEN SCRATCHED OFF
- During the Back to School Season refunds are available up to the 14th February 2021, or 14 days from date of purchase (whichever is the latter).
- Ziggies acknowledge that there are usually a lot of subject changes in the first School term and customers want to return/ refund a text book and re-purchase.
- In this circumstance, we can accept the return as long as the book has been unused and is in mint re-sellable condition AND it is up to the Store Managers discretion (ie this is because the item needs to be viewed to ensure it is in re-sellable condition).
Can I return or exchange digital resources?

- Unfortunately, digital resources can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged – even if you haven’t used or activated them.
