We are able to make exchanges and refunds on any goods that are deemed faulty from the manufacturer.
A Receipt MUST be shown to obtain a Refund OR a printout or your online order.

During the Back to School Season refunds are available up to the 14th February 2021, or 14 days from date of purchase (whichever is the latter).
Ziggies acknowledge that there are usually a lot of subject changes in the first School term and customers want to return/ refund a text book and re-purchase.
In this circumstance, we can accept the return as long as the book has been unused and is in mint re-sellable condition AND it is up to the Store Managers discretion (ie this is because the item needs to be viewed to ensure it is in re-sellable condition).
Can I return or exchange digital resources?
